Every order is covered by a 30-day, any-reason return window. If it isn't as soft, as satisfying or as described, send it back — return shipping is $7.95 per package, and it's on us if anything arrived damaged or faulty.

How fast is shipping?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Most items arrive in 3–8 business days; a few (marked on their product pages) take 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Free on orders over $30. Under $30 it's a flat $4.95 — no surprises at checkout, your cart shows the full total before you pay.
What's your return policy?
30 days, any reason. Start a return from your order confirmation email and we'll send a prepaid label — $7.95 per package comes off your refund, and it's free if the item arrived damaged. On orders under $30 the original $4.95 shipping isn't refunded unless the return is our fault.
What are these made of, and do they smell?
Non-toxic silicone, TPR and foam, and the material is named on every product page. A cheap squishy arrives smelling of solvent; anything that does here doesn't stay on the shelf. Each page also gives the age it suits and whether a child can use it on their own.
Is checkout secure?
